PK High Precision INC is currently looking for a hard-working coachable full time permanent CNC operator and setup with a willingness to learn. No experience is required. We will train the right person. Young people are also welcome to apply!

PK High-Precision INC is capable of achieving great accomplishments under tight deadlines and has earned a reputation for a high quality workmanship. 

PK High-Precision Inc focuses on manufacturing of high quality, tight-tolerance parts, from  prototypes and sample series to production. We have an experience with a variety of basic and exotic materials like molybdenum (TZM), super alloys,CPM10V/9V, H-13(49-51 HRC), titanium, stainless steels, etc.

Manufacturing precision components requires quality standards, which are implemented through our continuous improvement program. We have a strict process control in place and our measuring and inspection equipment is calibrated to the national standard.

Position Overview: 

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator who will set up and operate CNC Lathe machines. The Machine Operator is responsible for machine setup and operation.  

They are also responsible for checking parts, changing tools, and making sure parts meet specified requirements. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and work from part drawings
• Set up and operate CNC Precision Lathe
• Inspect part quality utilizing measurement tools
• Changing tools
• Ensure that work station is kept clean and organized

Skills:

• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure

Experience:

• No experience required
• Previous CNC Machining experience is an asset
